Acetyl Hexapeptide is a synthetic anti-aging cosmetic peptide derived from natural proteins. This peptide has been attributed to decreasing wrinkle formation by binding to the SNARE-receptor thus blocking the production of neurotransmitter which then reduces facial muscle contraction. Acetyl Hexapeptide, effectively reduces the depth of wrinkles, especially around the forehead and eyes, caused by the repeated contraction of facial muscles.
